• Step 1: Visit Identity Card Services page “from here“.

• Step 2: Click on “Edit and Request Status Enquiry“.

• Step 3: Choose the type of application from the drop-down list “Issue ID Card for domestic workers and children under 10 years old, renew or replace lost/ damaged ID Card“.

• Step 4: Choose the type of ID: Personal number, or passport number.

• Step 5: To search by personal number, you must enter the personal number in the designated field.

• Step 6: To search by passport number, you must enter the personal number in the designated field, and choose the nationality.
